Glemora – Shipping & Delivery

All orders are shipped from Christchurch, and free delivery in New Zealand.
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after confirmation.

Note: Additional processing time may be required during peak sales and holiday periods.


Please allow an extra 2 working days for rural addresses.

Glemora – Shipping Delays

We aim to meet all delivery timeframes; however, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control such as courier disruptions, logistics issues, or adverse weather.

Once your order leaves our studio, Glemora is not liable for courier delays. Unfortunately, shipping delays are common and do not qualify for refunds. Please consider this before purchasing.

All orders are dispatched within 72 hours from our studio.

The estimated delivery timeframe is a guide only. Use the tracking link provided in your shipping email.

Customs may cause minor delays. If needed, reach out to your local delivery service.

Note: We do not offer refunds on shipping fees.

Glemora – Import Duties, Taxes & Customs Responsibilities

Customs Clearance: International orders may require customs clearance, which can result in additional fees depending on the destination country's regulations.

Customer Responsibility: Glemora does not cover import duties, taxes, or liabilities imposed by the destination country’s government. Any applicable fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Delays & Notifications: We are not liable for customs delays and do not notify customers about pending customs payments.

Non-Refundable Shipping: Shipping charges remain non-refundable, even if customs fees apply.


Glemora – Damaged Parcels

Glemora is not liable for any damage once the parcel has been successfully delivered to the nominated address—it is now in your care.

If your jewellery arrives damaged due to delivery handling or a faulty item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.


Glemora – Lost or Stolen Packages

Glemora is not responsible for packages once they have been marked as delivered. This includes missing, lost, or stolen parcels.

To help prevent loss or theft, please:

Ship to a secure and designated address (avoid public locations like hotels).

Consider opting for signature-required delivery for added security.

Once an order is successfully delivered to the nominated address, Glemora is not liable for stolen or missing packages.
